Everyone has found AI useful by now. People draft faster, summarize faster, code faster. That’s real, and it’s also the smallest version of the story.
Owners and CIOs aren’t ultimately buying faster individuals. They’re after something larger: systems that organize the whole business — where the work lives, how it moves, what the company knows about itself. Personal productivity is a rounding error next to a company that is structurally better run.
Often the path runs straight through infrastructure a company already owns. Build inside their Microsoft and Azure stack, with open models that keep sensitive data private and in-house, and you have a deliverable that’s both credible to IT and malleable to the actual need. That’s where the outsized returns are — not in another chat window, but in the operating system of the company.
